The General Manager directs the overall contract, which includes, managing client relations, contract compliance, safety, and profitability. In addition, the General Manager will provide general and strategic guidance to department managers at the location. This is a community shuttle location with 27 vehicles.
This is for proposed business all offers are contingent upon Transdev's award of the Translink Community Shuttle-Langley contract.
Three 3 years of experience managing an operation of similar size and scope with budget and client relationship management oversight.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Travel requirement (as a percent): <5% travel between properties and for meetings and outside training; 10% in total for out of state travel to conferences, corporate headquarters
