Essential Knowledge and Skills:
The successful candidate will possess a post- secondary degree preferably combined with a certificate in Human Resources from a recognized college or university.
A minimum of 2 years related experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience with administration of an applicant tracking system considered an asset. Ability to coordinate and manage a variety of tasks/projects to meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized Ability to handle multiple projects with a high level of integrity and confidentiality as it relates to sensitive information.
Above average computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, and Internet.
You are an independent and flexible team player who is able to multi-task and organize effectively. Creative, outside the box thinker and problem solver
Member in good standing of the HRPA preferred.
